Inventory & Check-In
Our Inventory & Check-In service offers all the benefits of our stand alone Inventory service together with a meet and greet service on the tenancy start date.
Inventory & Check-In (Update)
Our Inventory / Check In update service serves as an update to an Inventory / Check In report, which we have previously completed at the same property.
Check-Out
This service is conducted at the end of a tenancy to evaluate the condition and cleanliness of a property, compared with the inventory prepared at the start of a tenancy.
Interim Tenancy Inspection
An Interim Inspection is compiled during the tenancy period to provide insight on how a property is being maintained.
Schedule of Condition Report
A Schedule of Condition Report offers a surface-level overview of the property condition, the state of repair, maintenance issues and any defects.

We curently cover London only at the moment, but we do cover a vast area within the city from zones 1 to 4.
